The KMP Core Team is the deciding body and meets on a bimonthly basis to discuss how our actions align with the overall KMP vision, how our goals are being met, strategic planning, and upcoming opportunities. We also refer to the Core Team as 'Partners'. Representative organizations currently include the Watershed Research and Training Center, Scott River Watershed Council, Salmon River Restoration Council, Mid-Klamath Watershed Council, Karuk Tribe, American Rivers, US Forest Service, CA Dept of Fish and Wildlife, and Stillwater Sciences. We are open to including additional tribes and organizations who are interested in participating.

The KMP includes Members from local watershed groups and other NGO's, State and Federal agencies, Tribes and Indigenous groups, academic affiliations, and private consulting firms. Membership is open to the public, including individuals who are interested in meadow restoration and the many direct and indirect connections associated with meadows, such as watershed stewards, hydrologists, botanists, fish and wildlife biologists, fire managers, and foresters. The KMP hosts bimonthly meetings online open to the public to discuss KMP developments, opportunities for collaboration in meadow inventory and restoration work, networking, and scientific or place-based knowledge relevant to meadows and integrated watershed restoration. As the KMP grows, we will host annual in-person meetings for all Core Team Partners and Members to join.

Meadow Restoration Permitting TAC
More subgroups will be identified and organized as needed, which may include design and implementation or communications focused groups.
